Not home for shipping a RMA product

Hello,

 

I have a question regarding the shipping procedure to return a RMA product.

What happens if the courier stops at my door to ship the faulty product and

there is no one at home? Also I'm curious of how many days it takes between

the RMA request being approved and the courier knocking at my door?

 

This is the last response I got on my ticket #6315517:

"Your replacement has been processed. Once shipped, you will be notified of the

tracking number via email. Please disregard the automated email instructing you

to return your product as you are not required to do so."

Edit: The reply I got from Corsair: "If you are not home, it will depend on the local UPS agent.

They usually can leave it at the door if you instruct them to."
