brokek70
Hey there, I have had my corsair K70 silver with blue LEDS since December 2013 and over the last 3 days, 4 LEDS have failed completely in quick succession (April 2014). Up until 3 days ago I have had no problems with the keyboard. I cannot get the affected key's LED on and seems to be related to the issues others are having. Number 3 LED has gone, Prt Scn LED has gone, Menu key right next to right windows key has gone, and also F2 LED has gone. More will probably follow soon. I purchased from Amazon.co.uk but cannot return it there so have to go through the corsair RMA procedure as I would like a replacement. How do I go about doing this properly I cannot find a number for UK Corsair customer services? I have been reading that there would be charges paid out of my pockets for RMA'ing this according to other forum posts. Is this true? And how much is it so I can be prepared for the phone call to Corsair, I think its poor on Corsair when this keyboard cost me £130 that they cannot replace completely free of charge if it is the case of an RMA charge. Can anyone help cast some light on my situation? Thanks!
