andest2003 Posted April 20, 2014 Share Posted April 20, 2014 I have a k90 keyboard I purchased just a couple of weeks ago from scan computers in uk Bolton. can I return direct to corsair for this to be fixed/replaced as scan currently have no stock. if so how do I do this I have tried to complete a rma but the system wont let me as there is no way to input a keyboard fault or selct keyboard product. the problem is the left hand side arrow key no longer lights up :(: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Toasted Posted April 21, 2014 Share Posted April 21, 2014 If your K90 is still in warranty, you can request an RMA to replace it. When you are submitting an RMA, make sure you select HID, Keyboards, then use the folder with the magnifying glass to choose the correct part number for the keyboard and choose dead led for the issue. Click submit and you should be able to enter in some comments. Make sure you attach your receipt as proof of purchase. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
