#6454944 - Is there no chance of an RMA?

So I had submitted an RMA request as one of my RAM sticks has gone bad.

 

I've bought this RAM 2 years ago and I couldn't find the invoice for it since I had bought it in-shop so I don't have an email-invoice.

 

I've already sent the retailer an email asking whether or not it would be possible to check for an invoice from TWO years ago but I have doubts. First off it was from TWO years ago and I also paid in cash which is another problem (Although I remember the date of which I bought it because I have the invoice from when I picked up the rest of my parts and I planned on building it that Saturday but noticed I didn't have DDR3 RAM for my mobo so I went out on the day I was building my PC to buy the RAM)

 

Do you think it'll still be possible to get an RMA Number? Or am I just completely screwed?

you need to call customer support and explain things,this is the best route
