primer Posted April 16, 2014 Share Posted April 16, 2014 I've created a ticket several days ago regarding a faulty 4GB stick of CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 memory but have not gotten any response. I also attached a photo of MEMTEST86+ which shows errors on that stick. I've tested 3 other identical sticks in the same machine and they all pass a minimum of 5 test passes, and have tested memory from other manufacturers as well and they pass. Can I please get someone to look at that ticket and set me up with an RMA number? I really need to get my machine running at ful spec as soon as possible. Thank you.
