What should I RMA?

One really weird thing happened to me; about a year ago I bought the Corsair Obsidian 800D full tower case, but only now I started building it, because just now, I got all the components and equipment. But when I removed the right side panel to get a closer look at the front bay wires (including USB, O/I and stuff) the beam didn't 'jump' away like with a spring. I saw that little part was actually missing. So, I decided to RMA, but I do not know what part number it wields, I hardly know any RMA information about it.

 

So, could anyone give me some details about that spring?

EDIT: I also thought of rma-ing the two side panels, but that would be crazy and a waste. I already had to order a new front panel, because of a little issue with the I/O button.
