Allapon Posted April 15, 2014 Share Posted April 15, 2014 Hello, I just RMA for defective AX760i PSU with Corsair. My ticket is RMA#6440923. Since I moved from US back to Thailand, I got information to send them to Hong kong instead. I got the UPS label and document to send it to Hong Kong since April 8th. I contact UPS agent here in Thailand on April 9th. But the problem is they requesting Commercial Invoice. Since the package will be shipped out of country, Thailand Custom need it as reference. I try to contact your RMA representative via RMA ticket system. But no response from them since April 9th, the person in system is Henry TS and Evelyn Chiang. Would you please help me contact them and issue commercial invoice for me? Package is already at UPS service but they can't ship it out due to commercial invoice issue.
