Link does not recognize HW after sleep

Hello All,

I installed an H100i cooler on my Asus P9X79 Pro MB / i7 3930k. Works great!

But after waking from sleep, the Corsair link software does not see the device anymore. The system still seems to work fine, otherwise.

I am using Windows 7 64bit Professional.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

R

Hello,

What do you mean by "service"? I start the program again after waking from sleep and it does not see the hardware.

I looked under services in Windows and did not see anything from Corsair. Am I missing something?

PLUS, services should start automatically again upon waking, just like every other service, no?

no,link isnt like a kb,mouse ect where it doesnt need constant data like the link does

when your computer is running ,by pulling/reinserting the power cord, does it go back to normal operation by itself?/no which is the same scenario.

theres 2 files in the task monitor, when link faults it removes corsair.exe and leaves corsairhardwaremonitor.close corsairhardwaremonitor then restart corsair link and a windows restart isnt needed...
