raes
Hello! I've bought some time ago a pack of two memories RAM Corsair Vengeance LP 2x8GB. The thing is that one of them stopped working (I don't know what is its problem). The doubt is.. Do I have to ship the whole pack (the two rams)? or can I ship only the broken one? Greets! Administrators Technobeard Posted April 14, 2014 Administrators Share Posted April 14, 2014 Hi, we'd need to replace both. We also have an advanced RMA replacement option where we send the item first.
raes
But why? I mean, if one of both works correctly. Why Do I have to ship both? If I'd choose the advanced RMA, how it is?
Administrators Technobeard Posted April 14, 2014 Administrators Share Posted April 14, 2014 There's no way to guarantee that a replacement stick is compatible with the original stick, so we'd replace both. I don't understand your 2nd question.
wytnyt
If I'd choose the advanced RMA, how it is? a advanced RMA once chosen means the new memory is sent first, then the bad memory is send back,a credit card is needed for this...
raes
But both of them or only one? I mean, they ship me only one and I ship the broken one?

raes
Finally I ordered advanced RMA, I wrote my data of the credit card and so on. Now I have to wait for the package haven't I? And later I have 10 days to ship my old rams?
