Alloneword
I need to RMA my HX750 for a second time but i cannot login to the portal for love nor money. I have asked for password to be resent which it was but when i enter these details i just get the following "Error: Your login attempt has failed. Make sure the username and password are correct" Tried everything but no luck so how do i create an advanced RMA? All1
Toasted
You can contact customer service via phone and ask them to put in a RMA request as well as request an advanced RMA. You can call them using Skype by calling their toll-free number. AS for the login issue, if the password is a generic random generated one, make sure when you select it for copy+paste, there are no spaces especially the front and back. Toasted
Add a new comment and ask if a representative to call you instead.
