4m3r1x
Hi guys, first of all sorry for my bad english, i'm italian and i'm learning it at school but i'm not good yet. I have a problem with my h100i, i bought it 14 months ago and now it doesn't run. 3 days ago in corsair link was all ok but i have high temp. so i change thermal paste. yesterday the temp. wasn't better and corsair link show me that the pump doesn't run. Today also the led don't run..and corsair link don't recognize the pump and the led. i've already try to re-install all the software, change cable and anything i had read in this forum.. Is my only solution to send it in rma? ..and how does the rma work? and how long i will remane without cpu cooler? thank you very much

Latharion
You submit a ticket request for an RMA. Corsair reviews the case, and then responds to the request. Just follow the instructions from this site and you are good to go... http://corsair.force.com/ The above site is a link to the official Corsair support site. wytnyt
Thx latharion, How long will i remain without cooler? begin a rma, select advanced rma and they send new part to you first,a credit card is needed for this...
Latharion
As wytnyt said, the advanced RMA is the way to go because you can continue to use the cooler until the new one arrives, then swap the new one in for the old one and return the old one. No time lost (other than installation time).
