Looking for feedback on the build below. Want to keep it around 1K. This is for my wife's home health job - so no gaming requirements. Want it to be FAST for her connected web applications for work. Thanks in advance for any feedback, I am very new to this game!

AMD Quad Core A10-Series APU for Desktops A10-6800K

Gigabyte AMD FM2+ A88X ATX Motherboard (GA-F2A88X-UP4)

Corsair Hydro Series H100i CPU Cooler

Corsair Carbide Series® 500R White Mid-Tower Case

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 2133 MHz

Corsair Neutron Series GTX 120GB (OS Only)

Corsair RM Series 750 Watt ATX/EPS 80PLUS

WD Green 1 TB HDD

I am not even positive all componants are compatible.

Thanks for helping out a new guy.

No gaming means you can easily go for a smaller case, and I have a hard time recommending AMD no matter what. The power supply you chose would be far greater than anything you need. 2133mhz Memory isn't needed, 1866mhz is the "sweet spot" for Intel Haswell as far as price for performance.

Switching to an i7 4670k for better price/performance

I cut down the PSU size, case size, added a GPU, and went with an mATX motherboard. Went with a smaller CPU Cooler as well, for better price/performance.

Here is an i7 4670k build with a low power draw GPU for under $1000. Power consumption is around 50% of PSUs output, around what you want to aim for.

AMD is not bad for a non gaming rig. That being said. Intel intel intel. AMD is still using the same basic architecture they've had for somewhere around 10 years or more now. Just keep throwing more cores and more power usage at them. I'd say you should get some kind of gpu as well. Even google chrome uses gpu acceleration so even for everyday use and not gaming a decent gpu enhances speed. I don't think a 750ti is necessary tho. Could go with like a gt640 or something n be fine.
