My memory is CM2X2048-6400C5C many thanks
krobo
also if its one of a pair - how do I mention that?
Synthohol
you need to RMA BOTH sticks to get a matching pair back. you can ask for an advanced RMA so you get the new ram first then mail the naughty ones back. as far as the part number, if you dont see it in the dropdown list then select something close and in the comments section specify exactly what you have and they will make the correction. please be sure to also leave your complete contact info in the comments section then once done post your case# here. good luck and sorry for your troubles.
