Ticket 6406148 - Corsair "moved"?

I have sent my defective RAM to Corsair in the Netherlands in february and it was returned to me in march with a sticker from the dutch post saying that Corsair moved. I used the official RMA sticker that was provided to me on your support website, so I have no idea what went wrong.

 

What should I do now?

Just send it in again?

Okay, so what am I doing wrong?

I attached the picture on 11.04. and nothing happened since then.

If the attachment is not enough, then tell me how to "respond" to a ticket?

 

I also made a comment on the ticket on the 26.03. but nobody reacted, so I created this forum post.

 

I created the ticket on the 11.02. and still don't have my replacement.
