zune Posted April 10, 2014 Share Posted April 10, 2014 It may sound like a silly question but ... how long does it take for Corsair to acknowledge an RMA request? I put one in 10 days ago, have heard nothing back yet. When I submitted the ticket it said I should receive an email "within an hour" ... never received one and the ticket seems to be just sitting there ... So do I need to close/resubmit or is it normal procedure for Corsair to take a few weeks before even beginning to deal with the RMA request? I am fortunate in that I have spare parts to replace the faulty Corsair unit but ... you know ... the average person might not have a spare PSU sitting there so they can work, just saying Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
