I agree and they do back there stuff up. the noctuas you have to send it back to Austria if it breaks:mad:

no you do not.

I have 6 noctua fans in my corsair case, 8 months ago 1 fan had to be started by spinning it with my finger. I e-mailed noctua and they shipped me a new fan for free, all they wanted is I had to sign for it from my mailman then I had to break a blade off of the bad fan and take a picture of it next to my identification card and e-mail it to them to prove I didn't scam them out of a free fan. they did not even ask for a receipt. they sent me the replacement before asking me to do this so that I could still use the defective fan.

all of this took about 6 days as I live in the U.S.

I've tried each brand, and I do like the Corsair brand, especially their new PWM fans. The rubber grommets included in their newer fans help keep the noise down and allow me to mount them without the need for rubber gaskets.

Also Corsair policies regarding RMAs is top-notch. I've never had a single problem getting help for a product when I needed it.

Noctuas are great fans, but a bit high in price for a fan. I haven't had to return any, so I have no idea about their customer service policies.

I see no reason why this turned into a dog on Noctua thread. both Corsair and Noctua are top notch companies but you don't see me dogging on Corsair because I happen to prefer Noctua fans. I have lots of Corsair products, more then Noctua.

no one is dogging anyone, just simply stating companies policies just as you did by the fan blade example, thats all it is to it...;):
