I have 6 noctua fans in my corsair case, 8 months ago 1 fan had to be started by spinning it with my finger. I e-mailed noctua and they shipped me a new fan for free, all they wanted is I had to sign for it from my mailman then I had to break a blade off of the bad fan and take a picture of it next to my identification card and e-mail it to them to prove I didn't scam them out of a free fan. they did not even ask for a receipt. they sent me the replacement before asking me to do this so that I could still use the defective fan. all of this took about 6 days as I live in the U.S. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The rubber grommets included in their newer fans help keep the noise down and allow me to mount them without the need for rubber gaskets. Also Corsair policies regarding RMAs is top-notch. I've never had a single problem getting help for a product when I needed it. Noctuas are great fans, but a bit high in price for a fan.
