Why are UK support tickets not being answered?

I contacted Customer Support first who said to contact corsairforce.com

I have received nothing back with regards the ticket...

I just need a new front end for the USB, the case is coming upto 2 years old although the usb failed one by one within the first 6 months...

 

Could someone please contact me and get a new front end sent out via RMA ?

The service said it would contact me within 48hrs, it has now been nearly 9 days...

have you tried calling cosair in your country. I know here in the states I give em 24 hrs to reply back then If I don't get an answer then I call em. and they usaly approve my rma on the spot while i'm on the phone with em

Hey, yea I emailed em first, they said use the ticket system, this I did and now we are 9 days in and no response ?

 

I cannot find a uk telephone number anywhere ? any help please, link to webpage with phone number & number, I'm getting really frustrated with this...
