My RMA ticket is 6451244 and I'm going to traditionally ask RAM GUY to approve my request. We do have a new revision for the headset that will prevent the same cracking issue. All replacement headset units came from this new batch. My lotcode is 12529111. Do you give customers replacements from an old batch or is the new batch no good either?
