FJL Posted April 8, 2014 Share Posted April 8, 2014 Hi I want/need to register for warranty/RMA for my RAM I have attempted since last week to register but still no password has been sent. I have sent my query via webform to http://www.corsair.com/en-au/company/contact?form=Contact%20Sales and received a reply with a copy to http://corsair.force.com: "Dear Franz, We have received your question/comment, COULD YOU PLEASE PASS THIS EMAIL TO TECHNICAL SERVICES For some reason I am unable to contact technical services via: corsair.force.com I have registered as a user but the Register For Customer Portal always results in Error: A user with this email address already exists. Please click the link next to the submit button below to reset your password. and never sends a password to my email address: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Franz Siegl Sydney, Australiea Thank you." My username/email are recognized by the system but as of this time I still haven't receivedthe password/authorization email. I have just (obviously) successfully created this Forum account with the same email address. So, why doesn't it work with corsair.force ??? What messages are you talking about and/or what is the sending address so I can check the spamfilter (again). How else would I have found it? :) Same account as you registered on the forum with. You were emailed from a corsair.com email account approximately 19 hours ago from the time stamp of this post. I just re-sent the password reset email to you. Not sure what email address that comes from though, probably the same as what was used 19 hours ago.
