dking2 Posted April 7, 2014 Share Posted April 7, 2014 Hi Corsair, I need help with an RMA issue: I opened an express replacement RMA ticket (6439966), and during the process of completing the ticket I did not have an opportunity to enter an address. As my address has changed since the last time I RMA'd, I added a comment with the updated address, and attempted to use Live Help to make sure the address update was taken note of. I was not able to get in touch with anyone using Live Help. I have not received the replacement mouse. Tracking indicates it has been delivered, but does not indicate delivery address. Assuming it went to my old address, I checked with the current residents but they claim nothing arrived. Because of this issue I have since registered on the Corsair website with my current address.
