Still processing?

Back on Monday I ordered the K70 keyboard. Yet here it is Saturday and it's still processing. Whats going on? Had I ordered it from Amazon or Newegg I would have most likely received the item on Wednesday or Thursday.

 

I already had to call customer support because my order was listed as suspected fraud for a little over 2 days. And yet here I am again staring at my order status not changing in DAYS. I am extremely disappointed that a company of Corsairs status can have such a horrid system.

 

If I could at least get this issue worked out I could go on my way. my order number is 700101842

 

I've already sent 2 tickets and never got a reply.
