No Response to my RMA Request

I have put an express RMA in and there has been no notification or response to say if the parts are being sent. Why Send an email that states the parts will be sent in 1 business day. And not send it in one business day, nor notify me of delays?

 

I assume I'm getting charged very soon since I haven't sent mine back even though its not my fault.

 

Some people don't have a lot of money laying about and doing the Express RMA I expected it to be over and done with in the 10 day period it indicates...

So I finally got speaking to someone on the live chat. After 5 hours of waiting... Seems H100 out of stock they are upgrading me to a H100i. But this information doesn't get added to the ticket for some reason.

 

So we shall see how it goes from here.
