H80i Pump noise is loud

I recently got the H80i on my i5-4670K. Haven't overclocked yet and just running stock.

My temps are great, usually 28-32C idle and 50-60C load. I usually keep the fans on either Quiet (~900-1000 RPM) or custom curve (600 RPM, 700 RPM, 900 RPM, 1500 RPM) to try and keep the noise level down to a minimum.

At Quiet (1000 RPM) for the radiator fans, the noise level from 1' is not noticeably different than setting the radiator fans to 600 RPM.

My GPU (760GTX) fan idles around 1050 RPM.

I have one case fan plugged into the 3 pin chassis fan connector and set to spin at 500 RPM until the CPU exceeds 50C under load.

The issue is that right now, with my radiator fans set to 600 RPM via Corsair LINK, chassis fan set to 500 RPM, GPU idling at 1050 RPM, I hear a fairly audible and consistent noise coming out of the PC. I have stuck my ears by the GPU and I know for a fact the sound is not coming from the GPU fans at idle. Only at full load (2700 RPM) is the GPU audible over this noise.

Assuming 500-600 RPM 120mm fans should be considered silent, the only possibility is the pump. According to Corsair LINK, the pump is running at 2214 RPM (my 12V seems to be spot on so the pump isn't overspinning).

The annoying part of all this is that my computer is louder idle than back before I installed the H80i and was using the Intel stock cooler.

The H80i doesn't seem to be malfunctioning and there isn't any clicking or grinding or banging or any sounds but a consistent hum. I did spend $90 for a louder hum than the intel stock cooler though, and it's causing me to loose sleep.

Please help. I'm seriously considering returning this and getting a 212 evo.
