mrjlaunch
Hi, My X32 (Part No: CMFSSD-32D1) which used to be a Corsair 32GB SSD has somehow turned into a "YATAPDONG BARFOOT-ROM" with 137.4GB (as labeled in the BIOS) and it is now totally un-readable & un-writable. It seems like the drive has lost its Corsair firmware? I wanted to take the steps in the post below to re-flash the firmware but I have no idea if the drive was a "CORSAIR" or "Corsair" model (differentiating model numbers would have silly wouldn't they :asskick:). http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84600 Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix the drive or recover data? mrjlaunch
Update: Corsair responded to my problem with the following answer - In my experience there is nothing we can do to fix it besides replacement. Not useful for fixing the SSD or retreiving the data, but at least I can get a replacement drive.
