raysntmr
My M65 mouse that I had RMA'd last august is broken, again. Previously it was a faulty sensor. This time it's the scroll wheel, scrolling it up does the opposite, it goes down. Pressing the mouse wheel does not work also anymore, so much for "20 million clicks" that was advertised. I would like to have it replaced but thinking about the shipping cost to send it back again is annoying, it's almost the same as the cost of the mouse. Does Corsair have a policy for a faulty RMA'd mouse?
Toasted
Request an RMA and in the comments section, tell them it was a replacement mouse and provide your previous RMA #. Make sure you upload a picture of the invoice as proof of purchase.
