created a ticket a month ago but no answer yet

someone can help me with my ticket?

 

MY PSU was giving me wrong voltages in yellow line(more than double) and unfortunately i burn some parts of my computer(1 SSD and motherboard Maximus V formula Z77)

i send motherboard to inspect because PSU was turning on and i never suspect being a defective and with wrong voltages

they showed me some connectors burned so they asked me to test PSU with a multimeter and they did the test in front of me and they said it was giving more than DOUBLE in yellow line

 

i opened up a ticket requiring RMA

it was approved and i send PSU to corsair... arrived march 5 and after 3 days they changed the status to PROCESSING

 

but i send a lot of messages and didn't get any answer yet

 

after a lot of reading in this forum i decide to join to ask for help because it's been more than a month and had no answer
