fifo
MyAX750 PSU seems to have developed an intermittent fault which seems very difficult to periodically repeat. Basically when the power button is pressed the PSU powers on after a few seconds, or minutes or not at all, in which case i have to flick the power switch at the back of the PSU, which is really frustrating. I have also noticed it producing what seems like a very high pitched tone under certain loads and can feel a lot of heat with a slight burning smell when i put my nose against the psu grill, i don't know if this is connected to the other problems. I have tried another PC case to rule out the power switch and another motherboard but still have the same problems. Thus I want to RMA. Now the AX750 is also discontinued unfortunately, thus in this case would I be able to have my faulty psu replaced with a Brand new Boxed AX760. I have emailed rmaservice@corsair.com regarding this but have got no response.
JayMe
Phone them toll free with the ticket numbe. Much faster then waiting for a response from their support ticket system.

fifo
Could some one please tell me what is the Toll Free number and how would i dial it from the UK, Do i use my normal landline or use Skype to dial the number. Secondly does corsair have a place in the uk where you can send RMA's, If i have to send the item to the Netherlands it is costing a good 30% of the price if the item, which is too much. My retailer is offering me a proportionate refund of £70 when i payed £128.37 for the AX750 if i send it to them. A new Corsair AX760 is costing £121 hence i would have to add another £50 to purchase a new AX760 . Or i spend about £20 to ship the faulty AX750 to corsair and get a replacement AX760. Where i am better off. How long does the Corsair RMA take?
Administrators Technobeard Posted March 21, 2014 Administrators Share Posted March 21, 2014 Contact link is on the bottom of every page: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/company/contact Call using Skype and it should be a free call. No, we do not have a UK RMA depot. UK RMA would probably take around 3 weeks. We also have an express RMA option available if you call customer service and request it.
