K70 RMA has no response

Dear RAM GUY,

could you please do me a favor?

My K70 RMA #6408706 is processing.

However, your RMA team told me they will notice me after 1-2 business day at 7th March. And, I sent the keyboard to them one week ago before that.

I don't know what happened, but the RMA team is just disappear and ignore all the message I left in your RMA system.

Please let me know what the decision of the RMA team.

Another K70 brown or refund, and WHEN!.

I have the same problem. They picked up my old keyboard via UPS but I haven't heard from them for nearly three weeks. Adding comments or even opening a new ticket to ask for the old one didn't help. The first RMA went really well. I had my replacement back after only six days. But this time it's ridiculous.
