However, your RMA team told me they will notice me after 1-2 business day at 7th March. And, I sent the keyboard to them one week ago before that. I don't know what happened, but the RMA team is just disappear and ignore all the message I left in your RMA system. Please let me know what the decision of the RMA team. Hancoque Posted March 17, 2014 Share Posted March 17, 2014 I have the same problem. They picked up my old keyboard via UPS but I haven't heard from them for nearly three weeks. Adding comments or even opening a new ticket to ask for the old one didn't help. The first RMA went really well. I had my replacement back after only six days. But this time it's ridiculous.
