Leaked H100i no response and loosing money

Hello.

Friday evening I discovered my H100i leaked mainly over a GTX 770 and partially over the motherboard (X79 Sabertooth). I immediatly started an RMA and still no answer. I know that on saturday and sunday offices are closed, but for a big company like Corsair I think that 2 days is quite a long time.

That system was my new rig that I use for work, 3d rendering, and at the moment the machine is down so it's not returning my investment.

 

May I charge the cost of the render farm that I will have to use to Corsair if the process for the RMA doesn't end before the end of the job?

 

I have to buy another H100i by myself and sell the replaced one if it will arrive one day?

 

I have to send also the GPU that I'm not sure if it works or not?

 

I'm sorry, but I'm really angry at the moment.

 

PS: I'm from Europe, Spain, any chance to send the broken part to an european address?

5 day without a response. Ticket n# 6436358

Very disappointing.

I'm going to buy another H100i because I bought 32gb quad channel Corsair Vengeance ram and an air cpu cooler doesn't fit unless buy another set of low profile ram. Just a waste of money.

I hope to be lucky enough to don't get another leaking H100i.
