H100i starts on low RPM

I bought H100i few days ago and i am having a problem with the pump. Occasionaly, when i shut down the computer (not restart) and power it back on Corsair Link says that my pump is running on 800-1000RPM. The temperatures are in that case very high.

I found a workaround, i just open the side of my case, disconnect SATA power cable (while the computer is running) and after 2-3 seconds plug it back in. Sometimes the pump starts immediately to spin on 2200 RPM and sometimes i need to repeat the procedure 2-3 times in order to get it running.

Is there any fix for this? I tried to set fan profile in BIOS, i turned off CPU Q-Fan control but it was the same. I turned the Q-Fan control and set the profile so that the pump begins to spin on maximum on 20 degrees C but the problem persists.
