Hello, basically i am trying to determine if the H100x i installed on my friends pc is faulty. the cooling side is working however the RGB on the pump does not work. it will work if i hard shut off the pc and it flashes red for a second. this is the third cooler from corsair i have fitted but the first one not to have an actual USB header connector to the board, only using a PWM connector and a corsair RGB connector. it is connected via a Corsair lighting node core in the 220t case. it is connected to the CPU fan port for the pump. the lights do not work in any port of the node. if i plug it into the first slot it will stop all the other lights on that node from also working. the fans ARGB work fine. it does not show up in icue ( but i dont think it will without the usb header connection) anything i am missing? or any advice would be helpful. Hi, I recently completed my new build in a corsair 4000x case and after i powered it On for the first time, i noticed that my h100x elite pump and fans light white and doesn't show up in iCue Software. I plug it on the ARGB head of my MB (a Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2) using the splitter cable included. I've checked as shown in the user manual my pump is plug on the #1 connector and the fans on #2 and #3 connectors. Is there a solution to make the pump rgb work ? Buenas; Acabo de comprar una refrigeración líquida H100x para enfriar un Ryzen 9 5900X. Los cables los tengo conectados como viene en el manual de la placa, una Asus ROG Strix X570F. El cable del cabezal de bombeo lo tengo conectado en AIO_PUMP a full speed (algo más de 4.000 rpm). Los dos ventiladores están conectados al cable en Y y desde ahí al CPU_FAN de la placa. En BIOS tengo toda la configuración de ventiladores por defecto, con Q-FAN activado. El problema es que en Windows 10 la velocidad de los ventiladores está variando todo el tiempo por los picos de temperatura del Ryzen y es bastante molesto y no creo que esté bien montado así. ¿Pueden aconsejarme alguna configuración correcta? En el manual de la H100x venía que conectara la bomba en CPU_FAN y los ventiladores en otros conectores, pero he pensado que es mejor conectar la bomba en AIO_PUMP para que vaya siempre al máximo de rpm y los ventiladores al CPU_FAN. Tengo otro conector CPU_OPT para conectar los 2 ventiladores por separado. Otra cosa, ¿pueden decirme para qué es el botón/circulo/conector que tiene el cabezal de bombeo en el lado izquierdo? Hello, I recently bought a new Corsair H100X, installed it and everything was ok, the other day I had to reinstall the cooler on my new Phanteks case P600S, everything was going fine...when installing the last screw of the cooler it simply snaped...and broke the screw..! Belive it or not...I didn't do any abnormal or excessive amount of force...:confused: Has this happened to anyone? I contacted the customer service but didn't receive any answer until now :( Best Regards Diego

Hallo, Habe mir gerade eine Corsair h100x Wasserkühlung gekauft, gestern eingebaut, eingeschaltet und naja macht ein komisches Geräusch :( Also ca alle 5 Sekunden macht es so ein komisches "Knattern" (hört sich ein bisschen an wie der Zugriff auf eine alte HDD oder Diskette :P) das Geräusch dauert nur ca. 1-2 Sekunden! Wenn ich denn Rechner auf rechts lege ist das Geräusch weg?? Radiator ist oben montiert mit Original Lüftern! Die beiden Lüfter hängen am Mainboard auf dem Pump_Fan Anschluss und die Pumpe auf CPU_Fan, laut HWMonitor und Bios läuft die Pumpe auf 4200RPM?! Ist das Normal?! Oder soll ich Reklamieren?! (Kann wenns wäre ein Video on dem Geräusch machen)
