Hello, just wondering if or when the icUE LS100 Smart Lighting Strip Starter Kit will be back in stock because I can't seem to find them anywhere in the UK or the US, if anyone has any information on this let me know, thank you.

I've been using iCue for years with no problems until now. I recently switched from intel to Ryzen and am now having issues with windows hanging and not responding. I have done a lot of troubleshooting trying to figure out what is causing this and I have come to the conclusion that it is, without a doubt, Corsair's iCue software causing this issue. Here's what happens: Randomly, iCue will crash, causing all the lights in my PC to go into "hardware mode." This is almost immediately followed by any apps I have running to stop responding and eventually the only thing I can do is move my mouse around the desktop. Clicking on icons does nothing. Attempting to restart the PC via start menu does not work and if left alone, Windows explorer will eventually crash and not recover. I have to do a hard reset to get everything working again. This happens at least once a day. Things I have troubleshooted: -Reinstalled windows several times -DDU Drivers and reinstall -Bios Update/Cmos resets -Registry cleaning/Defrag hard drives -unplug all non-essential USB devices -uninstall/reinstall iCue -Disable iCue and other non-essential apps, running PC with iCue installed but not running. None of this worked as my PC would still hang and crash. About a week ago, I uninstalled iCue completely and did not reinstall it and have not had a system hang or crash since. Uninstalling iCue seems to have fixed my issue. This is a shame because I have over $300 in Corsair LL Series fans in my PC that I can no longer customize unless I want my system to crash daily. Does anyone else have this issue and have you come to the same conclusion. I have seem similar posts on reddit and even in these forums going back several years and it seems the problem has not been fixed. We all start from somewhere right? For some, you might've started building since you were 5 👶 but for others, they might have started today. From all my seasoned PC builders, do you have any tips for baby PC builders 👀? I know when I first started building I had almost no idea what I was doing and definitely took way longer than I should have 🤦♀️. For example, one big tip 💡 I have is to always cable manage the smallest things. It makes upgrading and changing pieces out of your rig way easier👍 Do you have any other tips? We all have our preferred aesthetics when it comes to our setups, whether it be needing everything in your PC to be a certain color/pattern/brand (I'm sure yours is CORSAIR 😉) or just having peripherals that match. Since monitors are often unmentioned, do you prefer them to match with the setup or are you okay with whatever color it comes in? What monitor size and resolution do you prefer when you game as opposed to when you work 🖥️? How about your PC? Are you just a specs person, someone that doesn't care about RGB and only focuses on getting the best BANG for your BUCK 💸 Personally, my setup and PC are all white and I care a bit (a lot) about the aesthetics (I even put vinyl on the bezels of my 2 monitors so they can match the rest of my setup). And yes, my PC is RGB decked out, BUT it is also a powerful machine that can game, work, and stream flawlessly 😎 Lets hear your opinions down below and show off your set up!

when i put the fan speed on the lowest my fans dont slow down video i have the magnetic spinning ones.

I recently built a PC and don't have much experience with using fans as it is the first time I have ever done such a thing. For some reason my back fan is running at max speed and I am unable to change it through the icue software app. The fan is currently plugged into a controller along witht the other 5 fans i have. I have tried plugging it into the motherboard but the same issue remains but it loses its RGB. The fan having the issue was a separate fan (2 are part of the water cooler and 3 came with the case) so im unsure if the fan itself is fauly or if it is another issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Guten Tag, am Anfang der Woche hatte ich mit meinem Corsair Virtuose SE regelmäßige Tonausfälle für ein paar Sekunden. Wollte daraufhin die Software deinstallieren, da ich vermutet habe, dass es an dem Programm liegt. Aber sobald ich die Software deinstallieren will kommt die Fehlermeldung ""Auf den Windows Installer-Dienst konnte nicht zugegriffen werden. Dies kann auftreten, wenn der Windows Installer nicht richtig installiert wurde. Wenden Sie sich an den Support, um weitere Unterstützung zu erhalten" Und seit gestern geht bei mir das Headset mit Bluetooth überhaupt nicht mehr! Nur mit USB-Kabel. Außerdem wenn ich iCUE aktualisieren möchte, wird es aktualisiert aber dann steht bei mir in den Einstellungen das immer wieder ein Update verfügbar ist. Kann also unendlich viele Updates herunterladen Wisst ihr woran es liegt?

Hi @all, hatte vor rund 10 Tagen ein Ticket #2001192620 auf - https://help.corsair.com - eröffnet, bisher aber keine Reaktion erhalten. Auf der Webseite stand, usually, a support representative will respond to your ticket within 3 to 4 business days, if not sooner... Nachdem ich den Rechner dringend brauche, bin ich am überlegen, neuen Arbeitsspeicher zu kaufen, hätte im Falle eines Austausches dann aber 2x16GB rumliegen, die ich a) nicht brauche und b) keine Lust habe, das 2te Paar zu verticken... Kann ich sonst noch etwas tun od. ist der Service von Corsair prinzipiell recht träge?

Hi guys. Several weeks ago I bought VOID Wireless Pro SE RGB headphones. I was using them until several days ago with the ICUE application but since then they stopped communicating with the application. Audio is heard. The PC and Windows 10 detect it without problems. They can be viewed in "devices and printers" and the drivers are installed but the application doesn't detect them. The volume control from the earphone doesn't seem to work without ICUE control either. I've reinstalled and installed several versions of CUE and ICUE but none seem to work anymore. They detect all the devices that I've from Corsair except the headphones. I've also tried reinstalling the drivers of the board but it didn't help. I've also tried all the USB ports, but nothing. I just found out that they only work with ICUE on my VAIO laptop. I've installed them without problems and it detects them although I cannot see the battery level. I've been seeing various similar problems for days like forums and others like: https://forum.corsair.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=164548 and I wonder if someone in this long time has managed to know what the hell is wrong with these headphones with the driver or whatever the problem is. I opened an RMA ticket several days ago and they tell me to send them but seeing that they work on the laptop I don't know what to do. And the thing about COVID19 ... I'm afraid that I will be a long time without them due to the delay that there is now with the transport deliveries. After installing Valorant, and having to restart my pc, the temperature lighting link stopped working. I tried restarting my pc again, didn't work. I have it to display on my Numpad and its just blank. So I went into sensor logging in the icue software and its blank. The option to select which hardware component its gauging is also gone. I don't know what happened, but I guess icue just stopped detecting all my hardware in my system.

Sorry to be this guy but honestly have no idea what to do. All was working fine till last week and finally just had time to investigate. Ordered this PC through PC Specialist and haven't opened it or been inside it what so ever so not that confident if I do need to do this to help you guys. So I've been using the ICUE program which has been pretty standard, no problems there as i use the instant lighting and since I've had it, all 3 fans have worked fine and lighted up fully. To simulate what lights are actually displaying I've turned them on independently through ICUE so you guys can see I'm really not sure what to do here, the vengence ram sticks are working fine and do as they should. Just these parts of the fans that aren't working which im not too sure what to do about. Any help would be appreciated

Sorry if posting thread incorrect place. I use Corsair Void Headset on Windows10 home PC (not a notebook), and quite often when I plug/unplug USB, or Windows updates come, the volume of microphone in iCUE settings is droped to 0. That's not something serious but that makes me very disappointed since when you are in fullscreen game icue software don't want to open normally and my *** is burning while other people are trying to voice chat with me when my micro is at 0 volume. Please report this issue to icue software development team. And I am sorry again if I posted this at wrong place.

Hi my question is about syncing my colors when using different programs, I 've made some profiles dedictated to other programs, If i play Minecraft my keyboard turrns red, etc. Now, my question is how to let my pc turn that color too, the rgb colors stay out, only when I use Instant Lightning it syncs with the keyboard, but then it can't change from color when I start another program which has another color.:sigh!:
