Emulating Numpad Keys on Keyboard without Numpad?

Yes it is. As to the initial NumLock state, there might be more than one way to go about it, and I have not tested the method posted.

That said, in iCUE, you just make a numlock on profile or whatever you want to call it and make a profile switch action toggle that profile (you can have a loop list with your default and the num lock mode included).

The num lock mode would remap keys when you are inside the numlock profile. You can do that either with a while pressed or the aforementioned loop which ever is easier.

You need to pick as they said keys for numpad1, numpad2..numpad0/ins and possibly the minus and plus divide and mul if you like. You will want logically shift it over on the keyboard, and you could even have a custom lighting in the num lock profile that highlights the keys and perhaps in some sort of sequence that helps you remember which is which, like increasing intensity up to 9 or 0.

so this will only work for you if you have the latest icue and either a k63 wireless or a k95 old version or if you do not have either, it will still import and help but you need to setup the profile switching on your end and possibly re map the keys if you do not love what I came up with and keep in mind the key sizes and positions are not a 1:1

I realized there was a better way to go about what I was saying and I also realized we could have different KB layouts because of localization. so there is that. Also i didn't have lighting enabled, so it wasn't so helpful. Revised profile here at same link with screen cap. Using remap key instead of the macro makes more sense I would think.

Again, you might not love my layout and you need a profile switch setup to get to this once imported.
