Default LS 120gb not showing up in bios

Hi, I updated my ssd yesterday because I found this version: S9FM02.0
(I had S9FM01.8) and they began many problems.
First I couldn't do a secure erase by the BIOS. Now, in bios my ssd not showing up but in its place appear this: PS3109S9 capacity 0Gb.
in Corsair ssd ToolBox appear this:

Model Number: PS3109S9 SCSI HDD
Serial Number: Null
Firmware Version: S9RBOOT2
ID configuration: N/A
Drive size: 20,9MB
ATA Version: ATA/ATAPI-7 T13 1532D version 4a (ATA/ATAPI7-7)
Features: DMA
Temperature: Null
Total Host Reads: 0B
Total Host Writes: 0B

and I can not do update to it. If I try to re-update the ssd by the firmware that I downloaded (S9FM02.0) it stops at 5%

Please help me because i'm very confused.
**forgive me if I'm wrong grammatically**

It seems the firmware update may have failed. Have you tried disconnecting power to the SSD for a few seconds before trying again?

If the drive still does not work, Request an RMA to replace the SSD.
