Arai Posted July 30, 2015 Share Posted July 30, 2015 Hi, I updated my ssd yesterday because I found this version: S9FM02.0 (I had S9FM01.8) and they began many problems. First I couldn't do a secure erase by the BIOS. Now, in bios my ssd not showing up but in its place appear this: PS3109S9 capacity 0Gb. in Corsair ssd ToolBox appear this: http://i61.tinypic.com/9gd66w.png Model Number: PS3109S9 SCSI HDD Serial Number: Null Firmware Version: S9RBOOT2 ID configuration: N/A Drive size: 20,9MB ATA Version: ATA/ATAPI-7 T13 1532D version 4a (ATA/ATAPI7-7) Features: DMA Temperature: Null Total Host Reads: 0B Total Host Writes: 0B and I can not do update to it. Toasted Posted August 2, 2015 Share Posted August 2, 2015 It seems the firmware update may have failed. Have you tried disconnecting power to the SSD for a few seconds before trying again?
