It constantly says "mic on" after a quick, strong burst of static and pops. please help. this is very annoying. ive tried force updating it. ive tried different usb ports. You can try performing a soft reset or reinstalling iCUE. To soft reset your headset: Make sure your headset is currently unplugged.Make sure your headset is powered on.Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about 15 seconds.Hold down the power button until the headset turns on.Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved. If the issue still persists, I recommend getting in touch with our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com and they'll be able to help you out.
