dudeli Posted January 21, 2020 Share Posted January 21, 2020 ive bought a virtuoso headset, was really keen to get it today. unfortunally the microphone does not work... it worked once at the beginning somewhow. but now windows just does not recognise it. it shows me the microphone in the windows 10 sound options but actually it does not record anything. so far i tried teamspeak and discord, but cant find the microphone, neither with usb nor with wireless mode the sound feedback on the other hand works ( looping the input directly back to the headphones) ive already tried the troubleshooting in the faq with reinstalling the icue software but didn worked.... sound output seems to work hope anyone can help, otherwise the headset goes back to amazon in a week Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
