Default K95 Keyboard detected but not showing for remap

So ever since the transition from the old Corsair software to this new iCUE I have had nothing but issues. Until recently I thought it was only that my mouse pad was no longer being detected but when I went to remap my keyboard bindings I found that I can't see the keyboard in order to rebind it. I have attached a photo to show you what I mean.

I have tried all the basic stuff, I have restarted, unplugged moved and updated everything that I can and have yet to make any progress. Any assistance in this would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a repair install for iCUE?

Yep, still no joy... Thinking of uninstalling it all together but I don't want to loss the current setup as it took quite some time to create.

If your going to uninstall it, you should export your profile first and save it in a safe place. You could also save the static lighting to the on board memory so you can use the static rainbow you have setup without icue and on any device you plug it into.

EDIT: have you tried a fresh install of ICUE
