mahen90 Posted July 21, 2020 Share Posted July 21, 2020 I recently bought a HS35 and tried it on my gaming laptop. The headphones managed to connect but it is showing as Realtek audio headset in device manager. When playing music on the headphone the audio quality seems really poor with no bass at all. I've tried reinstalling drivers and updating my windows but doesnt seem to resolve the issue. The mic quality isnt that great either.
