Returning my Virtuoso headsets.

Hello, I think this is the best place to place why I am returning them:

  • Battery during just one day or less: charge it completely before going to sleep, coming the next morning to see they are suspended (Finally! After two nights of won't getting suspended) but running out of battery.
  • Crackle and lost of sound: every time in videogames sometimes on video calls.
  • Hard to recover from disconection: I have a big house, they disconnect as soon as I get downstairs. I have to unplug the Dongle to make them work again.
  • Hard to configure: Until lsome hours later I couldn't make them work.
  • Mi 90€ old headset has a better Mic (WAY better)
  • Not comfortables to wear. My ears hit the speaker or however you call that area and they are heavy - maybe I could get use to that in time -.

I would keep them if the price wasn't as if it was a great product. It is a normal product that works if you're lucky.

I feel bad because I was so excited and planned for a long time to buy them, then I pay almost 200€ and after unpacking them it was a go-down.

Pros: Sound is great. That's all.

Thanks for reading my rant.

Have you considered RMA instead of returning? I have a Virtuoso headset and had some of your issues once or twice. To summarise:

Battery during just one day or less: charge it completely before going to sleep, coming the next morning to see they are suspended (Finally! After two nights of won't getting suspended) but running out of battery.

What do you mean by "suspended"? My Virtuoso headset lasts 12 hours with RGB and 19-20 hours with RGB off and I charge by headset with my PC on.

Crackle and lost of sound: every time in videogames sometimes on video calls.

I never had any crackling but I had lost of sound once over the span of 3 months.

Hard to recover from disconection: I have a big house, they disconnect as soon as I get downstairs. I have to unplug the Dongle to make them work again.

When I go to the bathroom or outside and go beyond the range, once I get in the range again, they auto-connect in 1-3 seconds.

Hard to configure: Until lsome hours later I couldn't make them work.

Not sure what you mean by configure, they work out the box, the only thing you can configure is the RGB effects and EQ presets which also come included and work fine.

Mi 90€ old headset has a better Mic (WAY better)

Do you have the SE version? The SE version has worse microphone than normal version. I have the normal version and my friends told me over voice calls that my Virtuoso mic sounds very close to my Rode condenser microphone which cost me £350 and I end up using my Virtuoso mic more cause it's easier, it's wireless and it sounds almost the same as my Rode condenser mic.

Not comfortables to wear. My ears hit the speaker or however you call that area and they are heavy - maybe I could get use to that in time -.

My ears hit the earcup aswell, but I had this issue with my HyperX headset aswell which I used for 2 years so I'm used to it and regarding the weight, in my opinion, they weight reasonably ok for a wireless headset. Keep in mind wired headsets are always lighter because they don't have batteries.
