gutcheck Posted November 6, 2019 Share Posted November 6, 2019 So, I have 16 LL fans and some RAM from corsair as well as a 1000D that all work great but after updating my icue my strips are not responding to changes in the software. Sometimes they don't even go on at all. I changed out the lighting node pro (had an extra one) and that didn't do it..... Is there a known issue? c-attack Posted November 6, 2019 Share Posted November 6, 2019 Not that I am aware of. The strips are usually low on the complaint list. It is a sequential series circuit like a lot of this stuff. Can you tell if the path stops at LED XX? Or is it totally off? You could try pulling the strips out so you can change the order (strip 1 is now strip 4, etc.) to see if something has happened or pin-point the break. I realize that is a giant pain, but since you've already eliminated the LNP control as a problem and I haven't seen any other complaints about strips malfunction on 3.21, it seems like a hardware issue is the most likely.
