With that MB and CPU DDR1333 would be the fastest you could set the memory to with out over clocking the CPU and just set the Voltage and timinga to what is printed on the modules.

thnx but what would be the best timing for 1333 MHz. because the Modules have the timings for the 1600 Mhz. i am new to these settings sorry. but i would like to know what would be the best suited timings.

PS: i am also running a 5870 sapphire as my graphics card.

You can try 7-7-7-20 timings @ 1333 MHz.
