Default Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 2x8gb 3466mhz Help

Hey guys, I just put together my computer build after ordering $1,400 worth of parts and I noticed my Ram is acting a little odd.

This is what I've noticed, the top 2 LED blocks don't follow the rest of the lighting and they flash off and on every so often. I was wondering if anyone else has had any other issue similar to this and if anyone can point me in the right direction as I can't find anything on line.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I AM JUST AN IDIOT AND DIDN'T MESS WITH THE COLOR SETTINGS ON ICUE BEFORE POSTING.

Make sure you don't have multiple lighting layers. It might be best to delete all of the layers and create a new one. Then when you create the new lighting effect layer make sure all LEDs are selected.
