I'd like a profile to invert F9, F10, F11, F12 and make them act as media keys; holding the Fn key will then treat them as F9, F10 etc Is this possible? You can make the button switch mode and then press F9-F12, but you can't make them work while keeping FN pressed and then releasing it to go back to the previous mode. That's not possible with CUE right now, but several peoples have been asking for it. Let's hope they'll consider adding it in a future update.
