Anyone know if its possible to download this preferably from Corsair direct? Is there a download repository? They're there... all version follow the same naming convention, ie. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/downloads/iCUESetup_X.XX.XX_release.msi So the version you're after is: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/downloads/iCUESetup_3.20.80_release.msi

ThesunGirl
Link doesn't work. I get a 404 page with some kind of game to play. That link was broken, the method is pretty much correct but just to be sure if you have to do this again you should go to the page and copy the download link from there to make sure it's current. This link should work though. http://downloads.corsair.com/Files/CUE/iCUESetup_3.20.80_release.msi

c-attack
Are you sure you want iCUE 3.20.xx? There was an issue on 3.19 and 3.20 with high cpu usage. Also, once you have upgraded iCUE past 3.20, the profiles will be stamped with the latest version. When you roll back, it cannot read them. It will be like starting over. You can cut and paste the profiles and settings to a safe place and drop them in later if you change your mind. [C:Users/name/App Data (hidden)/Roaming/Corsair] Well the latest iCue and Aura screwed everything up for me. Nothing works for me anymore. My mobo's RGB isn't even recognized in iCue or Aura but my GPU, memory and Phanteks Evolv X work. I had iCue 3.20.80 and Aura 1.07.36 working flawlessly for me until I decided to update. What a mistake. Now I can't even make the older versions work. This is total BS!

ILikeKeyboards
Does anybody know what version of iCUE will work with a K70 Mk.2 Rapidfire on Mac? The latest version of iCUE for Mac is not detecting it...

robr
When I updated to the newest version, iCue will no longer run. I see the screen for a moment then it crashes. I uninstalled, then followed the instructions to wipe out registry entries, files, folders etc, then reinstalled. Didn't fix it. I just tried 3.20.80, it works fine but doesnt detect my H115i Plat (perhaps icue predates it) What's the version prior to the most recent? That was working fine. If it ain't broke, don't upgrade it I guess!

Azgaar
Months (maybe years) after being annoyed of the new update I tried to remove corsair completely (link below), It finally works with clean installation, I have the Harpoon RGB Gaming Mouse (Very old and Discontinued). I wanted to use the side buttons on the mouse for discord mic muting and push to talk, without the app you can't do it. Follow the instructions on the link, and everything will go as you want them to: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE- this link was posted above earlier. Azgaar
The main problem all along was the old profiles I had for the my mouse, you just need to remove those, they are incompatible with the new update.
