The 2x12 ATX power cable is slit at the PSU end, so it is marked where to connect the two ends.

The 12V power plugs on the right are suitable for the EPS12V and PCIe power cables. You have a total of 6 to work with.

The 24-pin connector is the motherboard end. Please utilized the QSG that was included with your PSU for how to connect the cables to the PSU. Only one end will fit in the PSU and the other in the hardware end. If you have to force anything you are either trying to plug the wrong connector together or have the cables turned around.
