Commander Pro and Node Pro not registering in ICue.

Yesterday I moved my PC into a new case. I rewired everything as it was set up previously, but now the Commander Pro and Lighting Node Pro won't show up in ICue.

 

I've switched USB ports, as well as trying an internal USB hub. I reinstalled ICue, wiped my previous settings, and tried using the hard reset by pushing a paperclip into the tiny hole on the devices as I had seen some people do on Youtube. Windows is up to date, as is Icue and my drivers. I've made sure USB settings aren't allowed to turn anything off to save power.

 

Also, oddly, when I try to apply a profile I've downloaded, nothing applies and everything is dark. If I apply anything manually it works fine, as does the default "rainbow" profile. Instant lighting works as well, just not for anything connected to the Commander Pro or Lighting Node Pro.

 

Both the Node and Commander Pro show up in Devices, but not in Icue.

I tried a Lighting Node Core I've never used before, which was still in the box from the 3 pack of fans I purchased awhile ago. Still same thing, it would not show up in ICue but would be recognized by the system.
