Flannagill
I just got the M45 Raptor two days ago, after playing around with it for some while, i noticed the scroll wheel tilted a bit when i scrolled up, and makes an annoying sound once every turn. It's very annoying, i get distracted by the sensation of the scroll and the sound it makes when it shifts a bit and then snaps back in place. It's just a minor flaw and i don't want to pay shipment for something that isn't considered a big enough flaw to be fixed y corsair. My question is: Should i ship it back to the store to get it fixed, with the risk of having to pay for shipping on something that can't be fixed or live with the flaw? Toasted
If you are required to pay for shipping for the mouse back to the store, I'd suggest you RMA it via Corsair. You will still have to pay for shipping but if the replacement mouse is faulty or experiences the same issue, Corsair will cover shipping both ways after the first RMA.
