nafeasonto Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 I am trying to do the 38.01 firmware update, and I did a firmware update the other day on it to 38.00. Now when I try to update it, it says connect headset to computer... it is. But it won't start the update nor detect the device.
