It manifests itself like this - you run along a straight line, and for a split second everything freezes. Especially annoying when the enemy appears, and you need to aim, and then the lag and you are killed. Empirically, it turned out that the headphones are guilty of the lags, when the USB adapter is disconnected, the lags disappear. In addition, without a USB adapter, fps is about 1.5 times higher.
