Default hopeless Harpoon noob needs help

Got a harpoon.

All I really want to do is set up one of the top buttons--on the wheel or preferably the one behind that as the push-to-talk button on world of tanks.

I've got CUE but find myself staring at it Much like BBT's Leonard looking at a car engine.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Take a look at the CUE 2 manual as it should help you get familiar with the interface.

You will want to look for things such as;
Assigning a profile to an application
Creating an action and assigning it to a mouse button.
